- integrates with the RES Cybermall and RES Purchaser products allowing items to be placed in a shopping cart with all required data
- detects a price change for a product left in a shopping cart when the shopper requests a revision or price check from a mall or purchasing extranet

- supports any number of product categories including none at all for those merchants with only a very few products to sell; categories can be organized into a hierarchy with a maximum of 7 levels

- allows merchants to define their own product tax codes for up to 2 tax types based on geography, including the specification of "all other"; alternatively, they can omit taxes and allow tax defaults on the target mall to be used.
- merchant decides which of the catalog pages (Category Search, Product Search, "Hot Deals" or "New Products") appears first when the shopper enters the site
- allows merchants to provide and update customer service data, shipping terms and payment terms for display to the shopper
